Volunteer Specialist

Primarily responsible for ensuring daily meal routes are covered by
volunteer drivers by making outbound phone calls to the active Meals On Wheels of Tampa volunteer database.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in volunteer scheduling or similar experience
Personable, strong phone and in-person communication skills
Ability to engage diverse groups
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Mission-driven, team-oriented, and results-focused.
Bilingual helpful (English and Spanish)

Donor Relations Coordinator

Provides comprehensive day-to-day administrative support for the development team, with a focus on gift processing, supporting cultivation and stewardship activities, tours, and special events. This position is the staff liaison for the organization’s Ambassador and High School Leadership programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in project management or similar administrative role
Data Entry/eTapestry/Raisers Edge/CRM Management Experience
Strong administrative and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills on the phone, in-person, and in writing.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Knowledge of mass e-mail communication software is helpful.

Primarily assists recipients with enrolling in the Meals On Wheels of Tampa (MOW Tampa) service. Must be able to gather information, build rapport, and show compassion over the phone.

Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in case management, social work, or related
Compassionate, caring phone manners and communication skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Clerical, word processing, and office skills
Demonstrated ability to organize resources and establish priorities
