Find Us and Connect With Us!
One of the best and easiest ways you can highlight your passion for Meals On Wheels of Tampa is by showcasing it on social media. Social media allows you to share events, information and interactions while raising overall awareness of our program and mission. And, unlike traditional media, you have the power to control your message! We have developed a variety of social media tools that you may find useful including example posts, common hashtags, and image/video libraries.
Become a Virtual Volunteer
If you are interested in becoming a virtual volunteer or if you are already helping raise awareness for Meals On Wheels online, please complete a volunteer application and make sure to check the box ‘I want to volunteer virtually’. We would like to send you special communications from time to time, as well as be able to recognize you for your volunteer efforts!
Contact local media
We need your help to reach out to local media to gain support and attention of our mission. Contact local media stations by sharing press releases or general information by sending an email, submitting a contact form, or by placing a phone call to our local media partners.

Meals On Wheels of Tampa is powered by people just like you. There are 5,000 Meals On Wheels agencies across the country, and four right here in Tampa. Together, we are more than 2.4 million seniors, 2 million volunteers, 100,000 dedicated staff and tens of thousands of donors strong. And, we need your help to fund and protect the programs that support our seniors. Take action and contact congress by writing a letter, email or placing a phone call.
